1 In General

Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or this entire website.

2 Prohibitions

You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. 3 Intellectual Property, Software and Content

We own or have the rights to all the Content and its related intellectual property rights. You have

no rights in or to the Content other than to use them according with these Terms of Use. We do

not allow use of the Site or its Content outside of the permitted scope defined by these Terms

of Use. You should be aware that violating intellectual property laws may lead to criminal

prosecution that culminates in jail time.

You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, broadcast, perform, republish, upload, post, publicly

display, encode, translate, transmit, mirror, or otherwise distribute, or create derivative works

from, any part of the Site or Content, or otherwise exploit any of them for any commercial use

without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site for any purpose or in any manner that is unlawful or infringes our

or any third party’s intellectual property rights. You may not remove or alter any copyright,

trademark or any other proprietary notice from any part of the Site or any Content. If you

download materials from our Site, they shall only be for your personal and non-commercial use.

You shall not alter such materials and you shall keep all copyright, trademark and other

proprietary notices intact.

4 Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All information provided to us should be true and accurate, and in doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Wecare reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if the product(s) in question is out of stock.

5. Subscription Plan

By subscribing to purchase the Products, thus agreeing to these T&Cs, the Subscriber represents that he or she is 18 years or older and is authorised to use the chosen payment method (including, without limitation, credit cards) for the purpose of purchasing the Products as described in these T&Cs.

Wecare reserves the right to limit, cancel or prohibit any person from subscribing.

Membership‍

1.1. Your Wecare membership will continue until terminated. To use the Wecare service you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods.

“Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

1.2. We may offer several membership plans, including memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your Wecare membership by visiting the Wecare.com.sg and clicking on the "Account" link available at the top of the pages under your profile name.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Upon completion of payment of the agreed sum under the subscription model, the buyer will be henceforth referred to as the Subscriber.

The Subscriber will be credited the agreed quantity of Wecare items (“Products”) to be delivered over the duration of the subscription. The subscription refers to the supply and delivery of the Products but does not cover any cost related to damage, loss, or theft.

Modification Of the Subscription Or the T&Cs

Wecare may modify these T&Cs or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscription at any time for any reason. However, Wecare will extend commercially reasonable efforts to notify the Subscriber of material changes to these T&Cs by posting a notice on Wecare’ s website and/or sending an email to the email address provided to Wecare upon registration.

Subscription plans and pricing

Wecare offer many subscriptions plans that members can decide under the list of subscription available.

This one-time subscription fee is subject to revision as deemed warranted by Wecare Any such change will be effective for any subsequent renewal subscription period. The Subscriber hereby authorises Wecare or their third-party payment processor to charge his or her payment card for the applicable subscription fee on recurring pre-pay basis until the Subscriber gives one month’s notice to terminate the subscription.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth below. Taxes and any other charges as prescribed by third party payment processors may apply on the subscription fees.

Wecare will display GST charges that are included in the Product prices during the checkout process. To the extent we are obligated to collect any such additional taxes, the applicable tax will be added to the total price at checkout. We may adjust Product prices from time to time. Changes in price will not affect any order for which Wecare has issued an order confirmation. We run many promotions in the Wecare and reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any promotion

DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS

All deliveries and collections will be through Wecare appointed shipping partners and our internal delivery fleet team, whom may change from time to time as deemed appropriate. The shipping method used will be at the discretion of Wecare

Your assurances on which we rely to supply products to you

Wecare will decide whether to supply the Products to you based on the completeness and accuracy of the information that you provide to us.

Such information includes: your name, shipping address, billing address and payment information (Buyer Information). By submitting the Buyer Information, you represent to us that the information you have provided is true, valid, complete, and up-to-date in all respects, and that you have not entered the information of another person who has not given you any authority to act on such other person’s behalf.

You agree that Wecare may collect, store, secure, use, disclose, retain and maintain the Buyer Information in accordance with the privacy practices described in the Privacy Notice.

If you have entered the Buyer Information on behalf of another individual, you represent that such individual has given you the consent to transfer her or his personal information to Wecare and that such individual agrees to Wecare’ s processing of their information in accordance with the privacy practices described in the Privacy Notice.

There may be limits to where Wecare can deliver the Products. If your shipping address is outside of our delivery zone, we will let you know before you place the order and you will not be able to proceed to checkout

Sometimes, an event beyond the control of Wecare may delay the shipment of your order. Should that happen, you will receive an updated delivery date as soon as it is available.

Please note that any estimated delivery dates displayed on the Wecare, or in any order confirmation e-mail, are simply estimates – they do not represent a guarantee that the Products will arrive by that delivery estimate.

Delivery is completed when the Products reach the shipping address you provided to us at the time of placing the order. Once delivered, the Products are your responsibility. Should you have any questions about your order, please contact Wecare via the contact page.

Returns & Refunds

Any returns must be submitted online through the Return Form available on Wecare website. Return Forms will be assessed and subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.

Wecare will not accept OPENED Products for refund or return purposes.

Please contact Wecare for any enquiries regarding Returns & Refunds for the subscription plan so that we can serve you better.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Wecare membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Wecare service. You have the right to cancel your subscription for any reason if you exercise this right within 3 days of receiving the Products. Please review our Return Policy for more details.

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused Diapers. To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation.

If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, click "Billing details" on the "Account" page.

- Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

- Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

- Discount Codes

Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

- Customs and import tax

If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you and you will not receive the full amount you paid for the order. Please also note that any refunds will be made in store credits to your membership account.

5 Linking to this Website

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

6 Invalidity

If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected, all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
